Aydo is working at the intersection of startups and investors, as he builds events and formats that accelerate startups and provide them with reach and access to capital.

He is particularly passionate about supporting global startups and providing them with a dedicated launchpad.

For that reason, he has co-founded HY Berlin, a demo and launch event series that aims at being a catalyst for companies in Europe that address a global market and are trying to solve a global problem.

Additionally, Aydo is a Venture Partner at Deutsche Telekom's new global incubator hub:raum, where he is working on both their incubator and their accelerator.

Aydo has also been working with Axel Springer on their Media Entrepreneurs outreach program and their Silicon Valley task-force.

During his studies at European Business School, Stockholm University and University of London, Aydo has focused on advancing entrepreneurship on campus and has organized several student-run startup events of all sizes in Europe and the US.
